I will point out problems if they exist and explain them to you. I will also show you the good points of the house as well. Plus, I will explain what routine maintenance is needed to keep the house in top condition. This will help you to get the most benefit from the inspection and gain the most understanding of the systems that make up your home, and how to maintain it.

You will get a comprehensive report that is easy to understand. Everything identified during the inspection will be included in the report. Armed with the information my report will provide, you can make your decision with confidence.

I use Homegauge reporting software which allows me to upload your report to the web for you to review. Your report will be uploaded to the web within 24 hours after the inspection is concluded, in most cases it will be uploaded that evening. You will be e-mailed a logon name and password to access your report.
